How do I invite team members?

Go to Teams , click Invite Member, add email and role, then send.

Can I import expenses?

Yes. Go to Expenses and use Import CSV.

How do I connect with another org?

Open Discover organizations , find the org, and send a connection request.

Projects vs tasks?

Projects are big goals. Tasks are the steps to finish them.

How do recurring tasks work?

Set a repeat schedule once. New task instances are created automatically.

How do I customize our public page?

Go to Settings → Public Page Settings and choose logo/colors.

How do I sell products or take bookings?

Create products under Products , mark them public, and fulfill cart sales in Store Sales . Rentals use Book now → you confirm → send invoice → fulfill after payment. See Products & Store and Bookings & Calendar.

Can customers add rentals to the cart?

No. Rentals must be booked with dates from the product page. After you confirm the booking, create or send an invoice so the customer can pay. Recurring-priced products also cannot use the cart — invoice or book them directly.

Can tickets and physical goods checkout together?

Yes. The cart supports mixing tickets, physical goods, digital goods, and other one-time products in one checkout. Rentals and recurring products are excluded.

Where do I redeem tickets or confirm pickup?

Open Store Sales , filter by product or type, then use Manage fulfillment or the Fulfill link on a sale row.

Where are patron subscriptions listed?

Summary on the dashboard Patrons card; full list under Subscriptions .

How does POS allocation work?

Set 4 percentages in Settings → Financial. They must total 100%.

What are work types?

Work types are labels you use for work logs and labor reports.

Can I edit roles?

Yes. Go to TeamsRole Management . Owner role is fixed.
